Policy

All online appointments require clients to pay 20% amount of the service price at the time of booking, it’s NON-Refundable deposit and towards your service.

Fresha system will be charged any online booking deposit automatic when you provide your credit card information. 

Any appointment not provide credit card information when booking on Fresha, walk-in & call-in booking appointment require a $25 NON-Refundable deposit and towards your service.

Zelle, Debit / Credit, Cash, Applepay, Venmo available.

Using a Debit / Credit card at time of service will have a $3 processing fee.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, it is canceled.

If you do not confirm your appointment 24 hours prior, it is canceled.

First time client please paid full before enjoy your service.

We deserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

Guarantee

We takes great pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer!

 

Deposits

All appointments require a $25 NON-Refundable deposit. Recurring guests may also be asked for a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your service. Deposit is transferable only 24+ hours prior to appointment. Last minute reschedules will have to send a new deposit. If you No Show or Late Cancel, your deposit will be forfeited. If we are unable to provide your service due to non-compliance of our appointment policies, it will also result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please reschedule 24+ Hours prior to appointment time.

Please cancel 24+ Hours prior to appointment to give us time to fill in the slot.

 

Prepping for Your Appointment

Lashes needs 24-48 Hours to fully set. Please shower before your appointment.

Come with clean lashes and face. No makeup or oil/moisturizer around eye area.

Lash extension service can range from 1.5-2 Hours. All depends on your natural lashes.

Wear comfortable clothes.

No caffeine.

Use the restroom beforehand. Bathroom is available if necessary.

Arrive to your appointment on time.

 

Foreign Fills

For foreign fills, We do require that you have more than 50% of your lash extensions on your eyes in order to honor you a fill.

During your consultation. Our Lash technicians will determine whether or not you qualify for a fill.

With our foreign fills. We cannot guarantee the life of the lashes because we are simply putting lashes on top of your previous works.

If you’d like a new set done. We will have to charge a $30 removal fee to have your previous lashes removed so we could have a clean surface to work on.

 

Allergies

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. If an allergic reaction occurs. We will remove your lashes for free. Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

 

Children

We cannot accommodate small children in the lash room as our team will not be able to provide supervision. Thank you for your consideration.

 

No Pets

​Unfortunately, despite our love for animals, we are unable to accommodate pets for sanitary reasons. Your eye health and the cleanliness of our salon during this delicate process is of utmost importance. 

 

Fills vs. Full Sets

​Fills are required every 2-3 weeks. You must have 40% of your extensions remaining to be considered for a regular fill service. If you do not have 40% of your extensions, you must schedule an extended touch up.  Any fill services scheduled over the 4 week mark from a previous appointment must schedule a full set.

 

Refunds

We does not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above).

All clients have a 20 minute grace period upon arrival. Any time after the grace period will result in a cancelled appointment.

If you do not let me know you will be running late, your appointment is canceled after 5 minutes.

Same day cancellations ( Less than 24 Hours ) will result in your deposit being forfeited.

All sales are final. No refunds. No Exceptions.

Aftercare Instructions

-Do not get lashes wet for the first 24 hours. 
-Do not use oil-based eye products, creams or waterproof mascara. 
-Use only water-based makeup & makeup remover. 
-Remove makeup around the eye with a cotton swab. 
-Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler. 
-Be careful to avoid pulling extensions or rubbing eyes. 
-Please see a trained lash technician to have your extensions removed. 
-To extend the life of your lashes, please schedule touch-ups every 2-3 weeks.

Gratuity

Tipping is a gesture of appreciation for services rendered. No gratuity has been added to your bill. Quality service is customarily acknowledged by a gratuity of 15% at least.
